Too bad the TSA pat-downs and body scans can’t detect rudeness. Actor Josh Duhamel was kicked off a flight on Thursday after refusing to turn off his BlackBerry. The Transformers star and husband of Fergie—The Black Eyed Peas’ lead singer—was traveling from New York to Kentucky when his plane experienced a delay, according to TMZ. While the plane was stalled on the runway, the 38-year-old actor whipped out his BlackBerry and began texting, and was told to turn off the device on three separate occasions, reported TMZ. After refusing, the plane was turned around and sent back to the gate, and Duhamel was escorted off the aircraft. According to his rep, the actor was texting about his flight delay. “He's sorry,” Duhamel's rep told People.
