A judge in Buenos Aires has told Argentina’s police to arrest Justin Bieber if he returns to the country. The teen star, who was accused of ordering his bodyguard to attack a photographer in 2013, was supposed to appear for questioning last November, but never showed. “I consider it pertinent to order the immediate detention of the accused,” the judge announced April 8. A spokesman from Bieber’s camp claims the case has been resolved.
