A New York judge refused to grant bail for rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine, who was arrested this week on federal racketeering and firearms charges. The recording artist—whose real name is Daniel Hernandez—offered to put up seven figures in cash and submit to house arrest but the judge thought he was still too much of a risk. Prosecutors have accused Tekashi 6ix9ine of being a member of the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods and taking part in a gunpoint robbery and a shooting, allegations he has denied through his attorney. He will be held at the federal lockup in Brooklyn until his next court date. Meanwhile, rapper 50 Cent, who has feuded with Tekashi, seems to be taking some pleasure in his legal problems, calling him a “fool” on Instagram.
