Judge Marsha Revel recused herself from Lindsay Lohan’s case after prosecutor Danette Meyers complained about meetings between Revel and Lohan’s defense attorneys. Prosecutors were going to file a complaint to have Revel removed, but Revel did so before they had a chance. Judge Elden Fox is now presiding. Revel also spoke to people at Morningside Recovery, a rehab center in Orange County. Lohan is in rehab following a 13-day stint in jail for violating probation relating to a 2007 DUI.
