Jurors decided Tuesday that Frazier Glenn Miller Jr., a white supremacist who was convicted of killing three people at Kansas City-area Jewish centers last year, should be put to death. The judge will make the final sentencing ruling next month. Cross was yelling "death to the Jews," after the death sentence was read, before he was removed from the courtroom. A Department of Corrections spokesman said Tuesday that the state doesn't currently have the drugs necessary to perform a lethal injection and a death row inmate has not been executed in decades.
