Justin Bieber’s ‘What Do You Mean’: Watch the Leaked Music Video
The hotly anticipated lead single off the Canadian pop star’s fourth studio album has landed online early, and it’s pretty damn good.
“What Do You Mean?”For the past month, seemingly the entire Twitterverse has been swept up in Bieber Fever, with the pop sensation convincing one big-name celebrity a day to hold up a sign on social media counting down the days to the release of Justin Bieber’s lead single off his fourth studio album, What Do You Mean? Everyone from Ariana Grande to Coldplay’s Chris Martin to Ed Sheeran to the anchors on the Today show took part in the promo blitz, including Shaquille O’Neal, who did this:
All the hullabaloo began back when Bieber visited Ryan Seacrest’s radio show and his manager Scooter Braun wrote a sign and convinced Seacrest to hold it up, teasing the release of What Do You Mean? in 30 days.
“I wrote him that sign and I made him hold it,” Braun told Billboard. “I was like [to Justin], ‘You should put it up on your Instagram, and we’ll try to do a new person every day.’ Then I started reaching out to people, and everybody was down. It just kind of happened.”
Well, the music video for the single “What Do You Mean?” has leaked online earlier than expected. And the tune, which comes on the heels of his other song in the form of a question, the Jack Ü (Diplo and Skrillex) collaboration “Where Are Ü Now?,” is pretty damn catchy; a slow-burner that, like that collab, swells into a Bieber banger.
While the album won’t hit stores until November 13, you can check out the video for the tune right here:
