Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) raised $12 million for her 2020 presidential campaign in the first quarter, her presidential campaign announced on Monday. That haul came from more than 218,000 individual contributions. According to her campaign, 98 percent of her contributions were less than $100 and 99.45 percent of her donors can contribute again.
