Kansas Passes Permit-Free Gun Law

Republican Governor Sam Brownback signed into law Thursday a bill that would allows Kansans to carry concealed weapons without permits or training. This makes Kansas the sixth state to allow “constitutional carry.” As a result of the law, beginning July 1, and Kansan over the age of 21 can carry firearms without a permit.
