Kanye West Deletes All Trump-Related Tweets

A slew of Donald Trump-related tweets have unceremoniously disappeared from Kanye West's Twitter account, just two weeks into the new president's term. After a controversial meeting with Trump back in December, West tweeted that he "wanted to meet with Trump today to discuss multicultural issues," including "bullying, supporting teachers, modernizing curriculums, and violence in Chicago." He added, "I feel it is important to have a direct line of communication with our future President if we truly want change," before pointedly tweeting "#2024," an apparent indication that he would not run against Trump in 2020, as he boasted he would at 2015's MTV Video Music Awards. All of those tweets have since been taken down and according to TMZ's source, West is "super unhappy" with Trump's performance as president so far, citing his ban on immigrants from majority-Muslim countries specifically.
