Despite her efforts, Osbourne had to give the best costume award to her co-star, Joan Rivers, who suited up as Jersey Shore’s orange Oompa Loompa, Snooki. The “U Can’t Touch This” 1990s legend was at a dinner event in San Francisco with Charlie Rose and Tony Blair this week, sans token Hammer pants, plus thinking cap. “Enjoyed Dinner and meeting Tony Blair last night. Great insights,” he tweeted. Furthering Hammer’s British entrée, students at London’s University of the Arts did a mock version of his hit song entitled, “Can’t Cut This” as a gesture to the government who plans to cut university funding.
