Kanye West Reportedly Enlists Former Balmain Designer For His Fashion Comeback: The legendary performer has reportedly hired former Balmain designer Christophe Decarnin to head the revival of his namesake fashion line. Kanye showed his eponymous collection in Paris during the Spring/Summer 2012 and Autumn/Winter 2012 seasons, only to receive mixed feedback from critics. When he cancelled his show a year ago, the fashion world has eagerly waited to see if the line would pick up again. Looks like we might get more from Yeezus after all. [Vogue UK]

Business of Fashion Reveals Its Fashion 500 List: Today, the purveyor of global fashion business unveiled BoF 500 -- a Forbes-like list for the fashion world. The multi-channel innovation highlights noteworthy men and women in the fashion industry, including all of the regular suspects: designers Marc Jacobs and Tom Ford, editors Anna Wintour and Anna Dello Russo, and models Cara Delevingne and Coco Rocha. “They are blue-chip business titans and daring young designers. They are disruptive entrepreneurs building the next wave of billion dollar start-ups and opinion-leaders whose points of view attract followers, online and off,” said Imran Amed, founder and editor-in-chief of Business of Fashion.
