Jaden Smith, son of action star Will Smith, followed in his father's footsteps this weekend, as his Karate Kid reboot landed at the top of the box-office charts. The martial-arts flick, also starring Jackie Chan, brought in an estimated $56 million, dominating fellow remake The A-Team and increasing on last year's box-office numbers by 11 percent. It's now on track to be one of the biggest hits of the summer. In second place, The A-Team earned $26 million, lower than expected, while Shrek Forever After hung on to third place with $15.8 million. Further down the list, Robert Downey, Jr.'s early hit Iron Man 2 is closing in on the $300 million mark.
