Karen Elson Granted Restraining Order Against Jack White: British model and singer/songwriter Karen Elson has been granted a restraining order against ex-husband and White Stripes member Jack White after harassment allegations. “Wife fears for her and the children’s safety as a result of this harassment,” reports Nashville's City Paper. Apparently the restraining order "describ[ed] how White contacted his ex-wife’s paralegal 'in an inappropriate and aggressive manner.'” [Nashville City Paper]

Sydney Leathers Models Leather Clothing: Soaking up her 15 minutes of fame, Anthony Weiner's sexting partner Sydney Leathers has now taken to modeling (of course) leather clothing for Apparel NY. Leathers was allegedly camera-shy at the shoot—“Apparel NY owner Shafqat Khan encouraged the 23-year-old from Indiana to 'be more edgy' and showed her a photo of a topless woman with her hands across her chest," the New York Post reports. Despite her explicit sexual background with Weiner, Leathers refused, saying, “I’m not comfortable with that.” [NY Post]

Tommy Hilfiger Cancels Men’s Fashion Show: Although Tommy Hilfiger's menswear accounts for 60 percent of sales, the designer has chosen to cancel his men's runway show during Fashion Week in September. “We’ve made a strategic decision to focus our attention during New York Fashion Week on our women’s business," Avery Baker, chief marketing officer for the Tommy Hilfiger Group, said. "Men’s wear remains at the heart of the Tommy Hilfiger brand, and we will continue to develop innovative ways to present our men’s collections through channels that speak directly to consumers.” Instead of a runway show, the Tommy Hilfiger brand plans to reach customers through innovative "seasonal marketing programs."
