Kate Middleton has been out buying maternity wear in British high street favourite Topshop.
Kate was spotted browsing the maternity racks at in London today, with the news spreading on twitter.A fellow shopper tweeted: 'Oh Just an average day, Kate Middleton smiled at me! :) oh best bit...
