The Wrap reports Holmes will file the claim Tuesday, citing deliberate defamation. The story itself does not say that Holmes uses drugs but focuses more on her use of an “e-meter” during Scientology sessions, which allegedly reflects past emotional experiences. "The cover is libelous no matter what they say inside the magazine," said Holmes' rep. Star frequently targets Katie and Tom Cruise, suggesting that their marriage is on the rocks or that Holmes is "tortured" and miserable.
