Katy Perry and Russell Brand are engaged, Us Weekly reports. They've only been dating since September, but Brand reportedly proposed five days ago in Jaipur, India. Brand reportedly took the singer on the trip after discovering she loved Indian culture while eating curry in London. Perry tweeted pictures from their trip, including a photo of the pair in front of the Taj Mahal, captioned "He built this for me." She also wore underwear emblazoned with Brand's nickname "Rusty" while hosting the MTV Europe Music Awards.
