The charity, co-founded by Alicia Keys, is dedicated to providing anti-retroviral treatment to children and families in Africa and India. Queen Latifah emceed the stage show, while Alicia Keys, John Mayer, Chris Martin, and Senegalese singer Youssou N'Dour, who was also honored, performed.
