More than 40 vehicles looked like bumper cars in northern Kentucky on Tuesday in one of the worst pileups in recent history, caused by whiteout conditions during a massive snowstorm. The accident, which took place on I-75 just south of Cincinnati, injured eight people. Six were taken to local hospitals, but none of the injuries were life-threatening. The highway’s southbound lanes were closed for several hours until more than half of the cars could be towed.
