This is what you might call a "reset." John Kerry and his Russian counterpart have agreed on a six-point plan to coerce Syria into giving up its chemical weapons. Under the agreement, Syria must first hand over a list of its stockpile within a week. By mid-2014, all of the chemical weapons must be removed or destroyed. If Syria doesn't comply, Kerry says, a U.N. resolution with a threat of force could go into effect. "There can be no room for games," Kerry said.
