The Obama administration is putting together its own coalition of the willing. Secretary of State John Kerry announced on Sunday that Saudi Arabia will support a military “strike” in Syria. He also said the United States has convinced other Arab countries to sign onto a statment acknowledging that Syrian President Bashar al-Assad used chemical weapons against his own people. Qatari Foreign Minister Khalid al-Attiyah said his country supports the statement, especially because countries like Russia and Iran are already involved on Assad's side.
