Kim Jong Il has “chronic kidney failure” according to South Korean sources and, like Osama Bin Laden, is said to be undergoing dialysis. The director of South Korea’s Institute for National Security Strategy says that, in addition to undergoing dialysis every two weeks, Kim is also partially paralyzed from a 2008 stroke.
