Kim Kardashian revealed she’s pregnant with her second child with Kanye West in an episode tease aired Sunday following the mid-season finale of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, E! News reports. The preview shows Kardashian hearing the news during a doctor’s appointment just before delivering the news to her sister Khloe Kardashian. The reality-TV star has used the show to speak out about her trouble getting pregnant for the second time.
