Governor Andrew Cuomo's 2013 State of the State Address on Wednesday featured a little Sandy relief, some women's rights and a whole lot of gun control. 'No-one hunts with an assault rifle. No one needs ten bullets to kill a deer!' Cuomo clamored fervently. Amidst cheers of encouragement, Cuomo completed the address by calling on the Big Apple to take on the role of gun-control-poster-state.
