The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office is now reviewing a second sexual-assault case against Kevin Spacey, The Los Angeles Times reports. The district attorney’s office was handed the case by a special task force in the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department on Tuesday and said Wednesday that the matter “remains under review.” Officials said the case includes an accusation that Spacey “attacked a man” in Malibu in October 2016. In April, prosecutors announced they were reviewing a “possible sex-crimes” case against Spacey after more than a dozen men accused the actor of sexual misconduct—with the particular case they were reviewing dating back to 1992. Spacey is also facing investigations in London and in Nantucket, Massachusetts. The House of Cards star disappeared from public life shortly after the accusations started to emerge and he reportedly admitted himself into a sexual treatment facility in Arizona. His most recent film, Billionaire Boys Club, earned just $126 on its opening day.
