Donald Trump’s daughter-in-law has posted a cringe workout video with one of the president’s top goons.
Fox News host Lara Trump worked out alongside Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin, who shared a video of the session as part of a promo for a segment that will air in primetime on Saturday night on her show, My View With Lara Trump.

Mullin, 49, said these sorts of workouts are important for the agencies that make up DHS—like ICE, Border Patrol, and the Coast Guard—so they appear intimidating to migrants.
“We need to look intimidating because every single day we’re going to work,” he said. “There’s not a day that we have a rest day... Our mission is to protect our homeland, and there’s always somebody trying to get in.”
The clip shows Mullin, who was an MMA fighter before being elected to represent Oklahoma in the U.S. Senate, doing push-ups alongside DHS agents. The clip then shows the physically fit Trump, 43, performing a barbell hang clean with Mullin, who she says led the whole workout.

Mullin praised Lara, who is married to Eric Trump, for making it through what he said was a “rough workout.”
“She was impressive,” he said. “She stayed in there. Didn’t miss a rep... I was impressed.”
Fitness, and sharing videos of Cabinet members partaking in it, has been a common theme among top officials in the second Trump administration—despite the 80-year-old president limiting his own exercise to golf.
Also on Friday, FBI Director Kash Patel shared a photo of himself leading a run with federal agents. Others to regularly share videos of themselves working out include Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., who typically wears jeans in the videos, as well as image-obsessed Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth.
Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy, who challenged RFK Jr. in a pull-up challenge in December, has also pushed for Americans to work out more. He even suggested that airports install workout areas for passengers to use as they wait for their next flight.
“We have some people in this administration saying we’re gonna start working out at the airport, and I love it,” Lara Trump said in an ensuing segment on Fox.
“Not the president,” co-host Brian Kilmeade shot back. “The president said it’s boring.”
Lara answered, “I’m working out for all the Trumps, so don’t worry about it. We got it going on.”
