'The Nightly Show' host sides with the women accusing the comedian of sexual assault
Bill Cosby has been mired in sexual assault allegations for months. Last night, Nightly Show host Larry Wilmore broached the subject, devoting the program’s entire second episode to the controversy.
Wilmore comes down decisively in support of Cosby’s accusers, demanding to know how many more than the 35 women who have already come forward it would take to convince those still skeptical.
“That’s like if Bill Cosby drugged and raped every U.S. President from George Washington to John F. Kennedy,” he sniped, before launching into an expert impression of the comedian discussing his assault on 22nd President Grover Cleveland.
