The Imprisonment of Lauryn Hill is over: the Grammy-winning songstress was released from a Connecticut prison on Friday after serving a three-month sentence for tax evasion. She was released early for good behavior and other factors, her attorney said, and will spend three months in home confinement as part of a year of probation. Hill was convicted of evading $1 million in taxes in May, telling the judge she meant to pay but wasn't able to after leaving the music industry.
