A new lawsuit claims that Louisiana College president Rick Brewer refused to hire a football coach because of his “Jewish blood.” Joshua Bonadona, 28, is accusing his alma mater of violating his civil rights after he interviewed to be the defensive backs coach at the school, which is a private Baptist college. According to the lawsuit, head coach Justin Charles told Bonadona that Brewer did not sign off on his hiring “because of what Dr. Brewer called Mr. Bonadona’s ‘Jewish blood.’”
