Rupert Murdoch has a few days to collect his thoughts before Tuesday's parliamentary hearing, and he's taking advice from the best lawyers in the game. The same attorneys and PR experts who rescued David Letterman’s reputation during the blackmail scandal over affairs with his colleagues are prepping Murdoch for his appearance in front of a parliamentary select committee. His son James and former News International CEO Rebekah Brooks will also be present at the hearing. According to Murdoch’s biographer Michael Wolff, he’s going to need all the help he can get: “He is pretty inarticulate, mumbles all the time, and is incredibly defensive.”
