Paul Ciancia, who was accused of killing a TSA officer and wounding three others at the Los Angeles International Airport in November 2013, has agreed to plead guilty to the charges. He faces 11 counts including murder of a federal officer. TSA Agent Gerardo Hernandez, 39, was killed in the shooting. As part of the agreement, the prosecution will not seek the death penalty.
