Documents leaked to intelligence authorities have revealed the identities of at least 22,000 ISIS recruits. The files are purportedly questionnaires filled out by each jihadi, with 23 questions that include the mundane—names, date and place of birth, hometown, phone number, education—and the more ominous—e.g., blood type, fighting skills, interest in suicide attacking. More than a dozen Britons and a handful of Americans were among those identified, including a 20-year-old from Minneapolis. German officials were the first to receive the documents and, while they did not say how they received the cache, they have confirmed their authenticity.
