LeBron Leads Miami Heat to Victory

LeBron James has done it again, leading the Miami Heat to their second straight NBA championship and taking home the title of Finals MVP—his fourth to date. The 28-year-old scored 37 points in the crucial game against the San Antonio Spurs, which ended 95–88. James’s performance helped the Heat become the first NBA team to score a repeat championship win since the Los Angeles Lakers’ 2009–10 double victory, sparking comparisons to the likes of Michael Jordan. “Listen, I can’t worry about what everybody says about me,” James said, his NBA title in one hand and Finals MVP award in the other. “I’m LeBron James, from Akron, Ohio, from the inner city. I’m not even supposed to be here. Every night I walk into the locker room, I see a No. 6 with James on the back, I’m blessed.”
