Tonight isn’t looking so great. Despite often coming in first in ratings, The Tonight Show With Jay Leno is downsizing and laying off 20 of its staff members. The host himself even took a “tremendous” pay cut to save as many jobs as possible, according to an NBC insider who spoke to Deadline.
