Saif al-Islam Gaddafi, Muammar Gaddafi's son and onetime heir apparent, has been captured in southern Libya. The chief prosecutor for the International Criminal Court will fly to the country next week to discuss the trial of Saif al-Islam, who is wanted for crimes against humanity. Saif al-Islam was caught as he tried to cross into Niger in a convoy with his aides, according to a spokesman for the Libyan fighters who found him, but the country's justice minister said his destination was not confirmed. Libyan TV posted a photo allegedly of the captured Saif al-Islam, sitting by a bed and holding up three bandaged fingers.
