The 20-year-old University of Georgia student who went viral after her smiling mugshot was released online is in trouble with the law yet again. Just weeks after she was arrested and charged with speeding, Lily Stewart was arrested again on obstruction of a law enforcement officer and loitering and prowling charges, according to online police records. TMZ was the first to report the story. According to Athens-Clarke County documents, the incident took place at 5:26 a.m. local time by the the University of Georgia Police Department. She faces two misdemeanor charges; obstruction of a law enforcement officer and loitering/prowling. She was released just before 11 a.m. after posting a total $4600 bond. When contacted by People, Stewart’s attorney, Stephen Morris, “said they had no comment.” UGA and the UGA Police Department did not immediately respond to People’s request for comment. Stewart was first arrested March 8 on suspicion of speeding in excess of the maximum limits.
