Well this will give her plenty of time to prepare a Halloween costume: Lindsay Lohan could be in jail until October 22 after a judge denied her bail on Friday. She was in court for failing two drug tests, one for cocaine and one for Adderall. After the judge’s ruling, which was made without hearing argument from lawyers, Lohan was cuffed and escorted out of the courthouse. TMZ says, “It’s shocking because the underlying offense is a misdemeanor”; however, Lindsay was jailed over the summer for violating probation.
