Watch out, Lindsay Lohan is officially a free woman. She left rehab at UCLA’s Neuropsychiatric Hospital late on Tuesday afternoon after spending only 23 days there. She checked into the facility immediately after serving 13 days in jail for violating probation in a DUI case—and Judge Marsha Revel had originally ordered Lohan to serve spend 90 days there. Though Lohan is scheduled to appear in court tomorrow, TMZ reports that she likely won’t show. She’ll reportedly have to submit to random drug and alcohol testing until August 2011.
