Lindsay Lohan may be swapping couture for an orange jumpsuit following her next court appearance. Superior Court Judge Keith Schwartz told the troubled actress on Wednesday that even if he accepts a plea bargain in her felony theft case, she’s still headed behind bars. “I treat everybody the same,” Schwartz told Lohan at her Los Angeles hearing. “I don’t care that you’re Lindsay Lohan vs. John Doe or Jane Doe. That doesn’t affect me.” The judge ordered Lohan to return to court on March 10 with her decision or risk having another judge hear her trial on charges that she stole a $2,500 necklace, violating the terms of her probation stemming from an earlier DUI case. “If you plead in front of me, if this case is resolved in front of me, you are going to go to jail. Period," the judge said to Lohan, who was joined by her mother Dina, father Michael, and brother Michael Jr. in court Wednesday.
