Michael Lohan was arrested for assault after an incident with wife Kate Major, according to reports. On Saturday, Lindsay Lohan’s dad was taken into custody in Texas after being charged with “continuous violence against the family,” Page Six reported, citing the Harris County Sheriff’s Office. According to the outlet, Major was at an doctor’s appointment when Lohan appeared in the parking lot, prompting a response from police. The 42-year-old estranged wife then filed a report, alleging that Lohan flipped her out of a chair days prior. Major said she was in pain, and a deputy confirmed she had bruising. This is not the first time the pair has involved police. Major filed for divorce in 2018 after she was arrested for battery due to a heated confrontation with Lohan. Lohan was then arrested in 2020 for being “verbally and physically” abusive. In June 2024, cops were called again after a fight between the pair. Lohan is being held on a $30,000 bond. Reps for Michael and Lindsay did not respond to a request to comment from Page Six.
