Lindsay Lohan’s ‘Shocking’ Probation Report

Lindsay Lohan arrived early and on time for her probation hearing Tuesday morning, but rumors have already surfaced that her probation report is “explosive and shocking,” RadarOnline reports. The contents of the report will become public when Lohan takes the stand in a hearing to determine whether she’s following the rules of her probation stemming from a 2007 charge for driving under the influence. The troubled actress is not supposed to drink alcohol and must attend alcohol-education classes. The alcohol-education program is reportedly refusing to turn over Lohan’s attendance records and progress reports, citing medical privacy laws. According to TMZ, Lohan’s father and actor Danny DeVito are also in attendance, awaiting the judge’s decision on what Lohan’s punishment will be if it’s determined the star has violated her probation.
