LinkedIn, the social-networking site for professionals, will enter the stock market at the high end of expectations, offering its shares at $45 each. That puts the Internet company at a value of $4.25 billion—impressive for a company that made only $15.4 million last year. LinkedIn is only the fifth Internet company to have an IPO this year, and analysts say this is the biggest for a Web-based company since Google.
