An American tourist was killed at a popular safari park in South Africa after being attacked by a lion. According to the operations manager at Lion Park, a lion lunged through an open car window, killing a woman and injuring a man, while they were driving through the lion camp. Visitors are required to keep windows closed on the grounds, but park officials say they believe this rule was not followed. This is the second incident of a lion attack in the park this year.
