Lilo can keep her orange jumpsuit stowed in closet—for now. The L.A. County district attorney announced Tuesday that Lindsay Lohan will not be prosecuted for stealing more than $100,000 worth of watches and jewelry from the Hollywood Hills home of Sam Magid because there is insufficient evidence to bring burglary charges against her. Magid reportedly told the D.A. that he has a “longstanding relationship” with the actress, and did not name her as a suspect. Lohan’s assistant Gavin Doyle, who was also initially implicated in the theft, will not face prosecution either.
