Lindsay Lohan was taken to an L.A. emergency room after slamming a rented car into the back of an 18-wheeler on the Pacific Coast Highway. According to TMZ’s sources, she seems OK but her black Porsche was totaled, with the passenger window shattered and the back bumper off. An ambulance was called to the scene, but did not transport Lohan to the hospital, though witnesses at the scene said she was bruised and bleeding. Lohan has claimed that the truck cut her off and caused the accident.
