British model George Koh, 24, has been found guilty of fatally stabbing a rival model, 25-year-old Harry Uzoka, after getting into a dispute with him over a woman, The Guardian reports. Koh’s friend Merse Dikanda, 24, was also convicted of murder, and Jonathan Okigbo, 24, was found guilty of manslaughter. Prosecutors said that Koh was jealous of Uzoka’s more successful modeling career, and at one point started claiming that he’d slept with his girlfriend. “Koh claimed that he knew Uzoka well and then said that he had sex with Uzoka’s girlfriend and that was the reason why they no longer talked,” Prosecutor Richard Horwell QC said. Instagram messages showed that the night of Uzoka’s death outside his London home, the two men had planned a confrontation. The fight ended with Uzoka being stabbed through the heart. Uzoka’s roommate Adrian Harper, who attended the fight armed with a metal pole, told the court: “I had no idea and did not expect that knives would be used and I would not have gone out if I had thought knives would be used.” The three will be sentenced on September 21.
