There's been yet another horrific killing spree, this time in Long Beach, CA, where a pharmacist stormed into his office and shot his boss and another worker before taking his own life. It is thought that the 50-year-old gunman was anxious about impending layoffs at the Long Beach Memorial Medical Center, but a supervisor who survived the attack said there had been no such plans. "This is becoming a national trend, probably because of the tension going on in our society today," Police Chief Anthony Batts told the Los Angeles Times.
