Mitt Romney has been hard at work on a new tax plan, which he will either release at Wednesday night’s debate or at the Detroit Economic Club on Friday, the National Review’s Larry Kudlow reports. Kudlow, who apparently has some knowledge of the plan, but is "embargoed from releasing details," says it "will be across-the-board with supply-side incentives from rate reduction, and that it will help small-business owners as well as everyone else."
