Bob Saget, the former TV relative of Lori Loughlin on Full House, expressed some vague support towards his indicted colleague when asked about Loughlin’s involvement in the sweeping college admissions cheating scandal. “I just love who I love,” Saget told TMZ on Friday. “Life’s complicated. I don’t like talking about it.” Another one of Loughlin’s co-stars, John Stamos, also told TMZ that he would “at some point” talk about Loughlin’s involvement in the scandal but that he was “not ready yet.” Full House and Fuller House star Cameron Bure also appeared to reference the scandal during a speech at the Kids Choice Awards, where she said a “loving family sticks together...through the hard times” and they “pray for each other and they stand by their side, no matter how tough it gets.” Loughlin reportedly won’t be returning to Fuller House’s fifth season and will no longer be featured in any Hallmark Channel productions since she was indicted. Loughlin is accused of paying into a scheme to get her two daughters admitted into the University of Southern California by having them recruited as student athletes even though they played no sports.
