The CEO of athletic ware company Lululemon has resigned after violating the company’s standards of conduct, the athletic company announced in a Monday statement. Laurent Potdevin broke unspecified elements of company policy, which requires employees to exhibit “the highest levels of integrity and respect for one another,” the company wrote. “Mr. Potdevin fell short of these standards of conduct.” Lululemon is currently facing a lawsuit by an employee who accuses the company of “creat[ing] the perfect environment for a sexual predator,” after her supervisor allegedly raped her. The supervisor had been reassigned to her store after misconduct at other stores, the employee alleged in her suit.
