The Daily Mail reports that the material girl celebrated her 51st birthday at an exclusive hotel in Portofino, Italy, where she rented out a whole floor for her 22-year-old boyfriend Jesus Luz, and three of her children, Lourdes, David Banda, and Mercy James. About 30 guests joined her, including the fashion designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana. The pair presented her with a sparkler-topped cake and a specially-designed lace dress. Suites at the Splendido Hotel cost as much as $7,400 per night.
